I am sure I am guilty of it. I don't know the symptoms of autism or Asperger, but I think it is great advice to offer to help a mother with a child who is being difficult instead of standing by and wishing her the help I am not giving. I love...Jean explains and makes some great points. I love that suggestion to offer to help a parent instead of judging and staring. I have done the a hand full of times the last 2 years when I recognized Asperger children and the parents were all so relieved to be understood and the offer of help.
