Half Full & Aloha Friday Question!

“Perceive and rejoice that like is abundant, that beauty and goodness are amply available . . . that your happiness is in your hands.” ~Paul Hodges
Half Full Friday is a series of weekly posts that Eye Girl originally started in June 2009.  Now the it is hosted by Sprinkles at Wyldechylde.  We believe that a lot of our happiness is determined by our attitude about the things that happen to us. So by participating, we are deciding to see the glass as half full, instead of half empty. We are choosing to concentrate on the positives, instead of dwelling on the negatives. Our Half Full Friday posts are a way to do just that. They are a list of the things in our life that have brought us happiness over the past week. We are determined to find the something good in every day. Are you?
“The moments of happiness we enjoy take us by surprise.  It is not that we seize the, but they seize us.” ~Ashley Montagu
For the next week, we challenge you to keep a list of at least one thing that brought you happiness each day. This week I'm especially Happy and Thankful for:
  • A 3 days weekend & Plans!!
  • A Great Time at the Rodeo!
  • our 'Social Event' today @ work!
  • A party on Friday!
  • beautiful weather again!
  • a congressional event Saturday!
  • joining a new organization to help children keep good teachers and get the education they deserve!  So excited!
"He who enjoys doing and enjoys what he has done, is happy." ~Susanne Clark

It's also "ALOHA FRIDAY" Everyone!!  If you want to join in the fun? Post your own question on your blog and leave your link at the Aloha Friday post at An Island Life. Then you can visit the other participants if you wish...It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends or see what people are thinking about this week and join in a conversation or two if you like.
"Optimism is the one quality more associated with success and happiness than any other." ~Brian Tracy
My question:  When are you most comfortable?
My answer:  When I'm being true to myself and standing up for what I believe in & doing what I feel is right!
"You've got to sing like you don't need the money.  You've got to love like you'll never get hurt.  You've got to dance like there's nobody watching.  You've got to come from the heart, if you want it to work." ~Susanne Clark
Have a wonderful weekend!!

  4. I feel most comfortable when I'm alone and still making the right choices. If not then I feel as if I'll eat myself. It's unpleasant.

Or even being alone because I'm making the right choices.

    Aloha!
