Half Full & Aloha Friday question

"Live with your whole being all the days of your life.  Your reward will be true happiness." ~Rebecca Thomas Shane
Half Full Friday is a series of weekly posts that Eye Girl originally started in June 2009.  Now the it is hosted by Sprinkles at Wyldechylde.  We believe that a lot of our happiness is determined by our attitude about the things that happen to us. So by participating, we are deciding to see the glass as half full, instead of half empty. We are choosing to concentrate on the positives, instead of dwelling on the negatives. Our Half Full Friday posts are a way to do just that. They are a list of the things in our life that have brought us happiness over the past week. We are determined to find the something good in every day. Are you?
"To live long and achieve happiness, cultivate the art of radiating happiness." ~Malcolm Forbes
For the next week, we challenge you to keep a list of at least one thing that brought you happiness each day.
I'm Happy and Thankful for many things every day... especially this week:
  • For attending a rally this week.  It was fun!
  • For a blogging honor, that I will write about later.
  • For beautiful weather and lots of time outside!
"Happiness is a grateful spirit, an optimistic attitude, and a heart full of love." ~Anonymous
It's also "ALOHA FRIDAY" Everyone!!  If you want to join in the fun? Post your own question on your blog and leave your link at the Aloha Friday post at An Island Life. Then you can visit the other participants if you wish...It’s a great way to make new bloggy friends or see what people are thinking about this week and join in a conversation or two if you like.
"The most wasted of all days is one without laughter." ~E E. Cummings
My question:  What makes you laugh?

My answer:  When I do silly things, usually from trying to do too much at once.  I've always been able to laugh at myself.   I think I'm hilarious... someone has to right?! LOL

Have a wonderful weekend friends!!

  1. I think what makes me truly laugh is my grandchildren, watching them and their antics as they learn about life. Everything is new to them.

  9. I laugh at stupidity. For some reason stupid thinks it is smart, which makes for great comedy. The great thing about laughter... it is contagious. :)

  15. Hi Coreen, I certainly have missed you on my blog... I know you are busy though with your 'new' home and life!!!!

Lots of things make me laugh... I am not one to watch comedy shows that are on TV these days--but I loved the old ones like Bob Hope, Jack Benny, etc... Showing my age I'm sure!!!! ha

These days---the best person to laugh at is MYSELF--when I do something stupid (seem like lots of the time). ha

    Hugs,
    Betsy
