The Heart of Christmas is Love...

"Christmas is not as much about opening our presents as opening our hearts." ~Janice Maeditere

Come Home For Christmas ~ By Judith A. Lindberg
Unlock the door of your heart -
Enter the gentleness within.
Open the window of your soul -
Breathe in the season of miracles.
No matter how far you've traveled,
It's time to come home now,
Where Christmas abounds in love.

"Blessed is the season which engages the whole world in a conspiracy of love!"~Hamilton Wright Mabie
With Love on Christmas Day...  ~ author unknown
I really want to tell you
Just how precious you are to me,
My every thought of you is as loving as can be
My heart is totally filled with things
That words alone can't say,
This comes especially for you
With love on Christmas Day.

"Love is what's in the room with you at Christmas if you stop opening presents and listen." ~Author unknown, attributed to a 7-year-old named Bobby

  8. The passion of the season, very nice selections. I liked the unknown author best.I have a few presents under the tree for my kids and grandkids. My youngest is coming over the weekend to pick all up.I had fun wrapping everything with love and compassion. My dog was running around with a wrapping paper tube, and going crazy when I brought out a huge stuffed toy. She has a few so I think she wanted this one. I found a big box for it, just to amaze a one-year old.I have went through 3 bags of sugar making goodies to pass to all my neighbors.Need to get rid of them quick.LOL
