Are You a Positive or Negative Thinker? - Stress Management from

  1. I am now very positive in thinking, but it was not always the case, after my berevements I lost confience which led to negative thinking.However all that changed on reading self help books.
    I do get afraid about certain health issue but it's not a question of being positive/negative, just plain fright.

  2. I'm usually positive. We get what we expect.

  3. Since then I know I am optimistic but of course along the journey there are rough roads but I would always want to pull my self back to being positive when things are going tough.

  5. I try to think positively, you become what you think. If you tell your mind something long enough, your brain and body will believe it! Although it is easier for me to do this with others than myself!
